Mobile and stationary mixers with productivity from 3 to 100 t/hour
Kitmas company offers in Ukraine mixers for XTC processes manufactured by SOGEMI Engineering S.p.A (Italy).
Sogemi's comprehensive production program includes:
- high-speed continuous-flow mixers XTS (no-bake) with a productivity of 1 to 100 t / h for any process, including: furan, alkaline-phenolic (Alfaset), liquid-glass, Pepset, Betaset, alkyd, aluminum-boron-phosphate, Cold-box , Hot-box, Ecolotec, etc .;
- mixers with a range of up to 15 m: one-, two-, three-arm and mobile mixers on a wheeled drive;
- mixers both separately and as part of a horizontally-closed molding conveyor type FastLoop with a capacity of up to 15-20 complete molds per hour, coma size up to 7 m in length and 2.5 m in width, with the possibility of working with or without flasks them;
All mixers are equipped with:
- a steel mixing chute that easily opens on both sides for quick access to the mixing blades for cleaning or maintenance;
- mixing blades with wear-resistant surfacing;
- valves supplying binders with a compressed air atomization system for uniform distribution of binders in the mixture;
- self-cleaning system.
A wide range of options can be installed on request:
- a system of intelligent control of the supply of binders and automatic control of the feed within specified limits;
- dosing system of two catalysts (fast and slow) depending on the ambient temperature;
- thermostatic containers for binders;
- a system for removing dust from the zone of the mixture;
- remote control system, etc.
In addition to these functions, all Sogemi mixers are equipped with high-quality components: Sew eurodrive gear motors, Skf bearings, Siemens PLc, etc.
