Moulding and carousel loop

Kitmas company offers in Ukraine molding lines in flaskless or in flasks complete with a vibrating table, a tilter-extractor, a manipulator for closing molds, carriages and roller conveyors with a mechanical drive manufactured by SOGEMI Engineering S.p.A (Italy). Forming lines can be standard and carousel type.

 

MOULDING LOOP

Sogemi standard molding lines have high productivity and a high degree of automation, which reduces the amount of manual labor in production.
Sogemi provides a wide range of capabilities to meet all customer requirements. The productivity of molding lines is from 15 full molds per hour.

CAROUSEL LOOP

Carousel loop from six to nine stations is a valid alternative to the moulding loop with low space requirement.
