Shell Technology Heat Shields

Shell-based products designed to fit your equipment provide an elegant, tailored solution for your thermal protection needs.

Materials such as Superwool® Plus, FireMaster®, silicate, fiberglass, or microporous insulation materials that are fully encapsulated in stainless steel and custom-made according to customer requirements are used to make Shell-based heat shields. This provides the customer with the ability to manage the final assembly on site.

Products manufactured using Shell technology have a thickness of 0.05 to 0.3 mm. Shell technology, ideal for places with limited space. Thermal insulation is easy to install and remove for maintenance or other reasons. It looks elegant and provides excellent insulation for the entire life cycle. Most often, such products are used in the space, automotive, and shipbuilding industries.
