Vibration tables for HTS processes
Kitmas company offers in Ukraine vibration compaction tables with a load of 100 kg to 50 tons with a special wear-resistant vibration frame coating, converters for adjusting the frequency and amplitude of vibration produced by SOGEMI Engineering S.p.A (Italy).
The mixture is sealed in molding boxes, flasks or core boxes by vibration.
During the operation of the vibrating table, the vibrating frame rises to contact with the model plate. Vibration motors transmit vibration to the frame in a direction strictly perpendicular to the mold surface. The amplitude and frequency of vibration can be adjusted manually or automatically. In the case of using a table as part of an automatic molding line, its cycle is switched on by simply pressing the "Start" button. If the vibrating table is used as a stand-alone machine, the operator individually adjusts the compaction intensity using the pedal and control lever.
A special coating of the vibration frame made of wear-resistant hard rubber, which is in contact with the underfloor plate, allows you to keep the noise level below acceptable limits.
Special pneumatic shock absorbers prevent transmission of vibration to the foundation. A safety sensor in the compressed air system shuts off the vibration table in the event of a pressure drop. Vibration tables can reduce the consumption of a binder due to the natural gravitational compaction of the mixture in the mold.
On request, the vibration table can be equipped with an “inverter”, which allows you to change the vibration frequency in accordance with the characteristic features and dimensions of the form.
