Refractory mixtures and mortars (concrete) for various purposes

Kitmas offers a wide selection of refractory mixtures and solutions manufactured by Morgan Thermal Ceramics. Refractory mixtures are made of aluminum silicate and silicon carbide with gradient cement and binders. Refractory mixtures and solutions can be with a low (5-7%) and medium (10-15%) cement content, clay, phosphate, dry vibrating and special compositions for non-standard applications. Mixtures and concretes are installed in such ways as: pouring, shotcrete, stuffing, with reinforcement and without reinforcement. Each concrete type of concrete (mixture) is selected depending on the specifics of the lining.

MAIN FEATURES OF REFRACTORY MIXTURES AND SOLUTIONS (CONCRETES) PRODUCED BY MORGAN THERMAL CERAMICS:

- A wide selection of formulations and application methods developed ensures optimum performance in individual applications.
- Excellent resistance to thermal shock, mechanical stress and molten metals
- Lightweight and highly efficient insulator

ADVANTAGES OF REFRACTORY MIXTURES AND SOLUTIONS (CONCRETES) PRODUCED BY MORGAN THERMAL CERAMICS

Lining with these types of concrete has lower thermal conductivity coefficients compared to conventional brick construction, which allows to achieve a significant reduction in energy consumption.

Installation and repair:
- the speed of installation and repair is much higher compared to brickwork;
- increased productivity and reduced labor costs;
- the cost of installation is cheaper than when using brickwork;
- A large selection of special materials for repair;
- the use of mixtures and solutions makes it easy to give the desired shape and solidity;
- No shrinkage time required.

Ensuring the integrity of the lining:
- an obstacle to the penetration of molten aluminum;
- prevents falling out of bricks and other mechanical damages.

Lining wear reduction (resistance to lining thickness reduction):
- increase the service life of equipment.

High tech materials:
- a new generation of refractory mixtures (refractory concrete) allows you to abandon obsolete types of brick linings;
- improved thermophysical properties, including good resistance to thermal shocks.

Avoiding special forms:
• Concrete lining can be filled in the most complex forms.

Availability:
• The production cycle is faster than refractory bricks.

Application:
Refractory mixtures and mortars (concrete) are used in most industries - ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, energy, engineering, petrochemical and glass industry, tube rolling plants, factories for the production of ceramic and building materials and others. Refractory mixtures are most often used for lining walls, roofs and hearths of various furnaces, lining thermal equipment, lining boilers and much more.
