ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih PJSC (AMKR, Dnipropetrovsk Region) supports the initiative of Ukrmetallurgprom and Ukrtruboprom associations of companies to ban the export of ferrous metal scrap until 2024 to preserve the stable operation of domestic metallurgical enterprises.
According to Mauro Longobardo, director general of AMKR, which he expressed at an informal press conference in Kiev in response to a question from Interfax-Ukraine, the introduction of the ban would work in the interests of domestic steel companies.
